H. Michael Evans is an attorney who has been providing knowledgeable legal representation and service for clients in Florida for over 29 years.
H. Michael Evans graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, in 1974. He earned his law degree, Cum Laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 1978. Mr. Evans is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida by the Florida Bar.
Mr. Evans practiced law in Clearwater, Florida, for approximately 26 years and relocated to Dunnellon, Florida, in 2004 where his practice focuses on Estate Planning, such as Wills and Trusts; Probate and Trust administration; Real Estate (from contracts to closings, in-house or mail away, and title insurance); Leases; Mortgages, and Foreclosures.
